JD Vance announces birth of fourth child, Alec Neel Vance

Vice President JD Vance and his wife, Usha, welcomed a baby boy, Alec Neel Vance, on Sunday. Both mother and child are healthy, and the couple thanked the staff at Walter Reed Medical Center. Alec joins siblings Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel.
