A North Texas woman has pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with an unlicensed breeding facility. The facility, which bred German Shepherds, was operated by Kristine Hicks of Cumby. Hicks sold dogs from the facility, but they were often unhealthy and accompanied by falsified papers.
