Texas property taxes are due on receipt of the October bill, and Tarrant County's last day to pay without penalty and interest is January 31 — accounts become delinquent February 1. Qualifying over-65 and disability homestead accounts may pay in quarters due January 31, March 31, May 31, and July 31.
